The Buzz Around New England: Gillian's Foods

When it comes to food, you cannot get more basic than bread. And Gillian's Foods makes "safe" bread accessible for many individuals with a variety of dietary restrictions.  Located in Lynn, Massachusetts, the facility is gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, tree nut-free and peanut-free.  Until I spoke with Chef Bob himself, I did not realize Gillian's was free of so many food allergens.  Wow!  Their products include breadcrumbs, breads, rolls, pizza dough, pizzas, pie shells, pies, and more. Gillian's Foods has an online store and their products are sold in a number of supermarkets around the U.S. In addition, increasing numbers of restaurants are coming to rely on Gillian's as they develop gluten-free menus and menu items.
