Eczema Newsletter

For those of you managing eczema, you may want to check out the website for the National Eczema Association. I just received their latest e-newsletter and there were a couple of articles about recent eczema research that caught my attention: What Makes an Allergen an Allergen: NIAID Study Offers New Explanation and Prenatal Exposure to Common Household Chemical Linked to Eczema

There is also a handy section called Scratch Pad which offers eczema management tips from NEA and its members.

I am unable to find a link for the newsletter itself, so I think it is only available by email. If eczema is a part of your daily life, however, I think it is worth subscribing, and it's free!

I should note I have no connection to NEA but have found NEA's website to be a useful resource, as a mom managing my son's eczema. I'm always looking for information about how to control and prevent eczema flare-ups, and better skin moisturizers and cleansers that don't contain the allergens we need to avoid.
