Food Allergy Link Love

Here are a few lovely food allergy blogs which are well worth a visit today. Please check them out! I think you will want to bookmark them.

Allergy Free Vintage Cookery : I love Lisa N.'s description "What to eat when you have non-traditional allergies in your traditional home". She has many mouth-watering photos of the wonderful she makes and the recipes to go with them.

Dairy-Free Diner : I recommend reading the tab entitled "Our Journey" first. Jennifer G. has such a natural, approachable style of writing, I felt like I'd met her after reading the "Our Journey" section. She's a very thoughtful writer and I think you will enjoy reading about her dairy-free family and her thoughts about living dairy-free.

It's an Itchy Little World : This is one of the few blogs that talks about eczema. Jennifer talks about that trio so many of us are dealing with: allergies, eczema and asthma. Her blog is personal, informative and educational. She covers a variety of aspects of living with these three conditions and presents information that I think is appealing and useful to most of the online food allergy community.
