Hot Chocolate?

I am drinking a cup of Swiss Miss (we're real gourmets!) and was wondering what varieties or recipes for hot chocolate and hot cocoa work for different food allergies. Swiss Miss seems acceptable for us and our purely peanut-free, nut-free diet. Ahlaska is a dairy-free, nut-free chocolate syrup I spot occasionally, but what are some other options?
