In honor of Food Allergy Awareness Week 2012, Food Allergy Buzz is planning a Food Allergy Awareness Week Twitter Party. It's a chance for members of the online food allergy community to have a virtual get-together and talk food allergies. The ultimate goal of the Food Allergy Awareness Week Twitter Party is to try to get the hashtag #foodallergy to "trend". In Twitter-speak, that means get a heck of a lot of tweets to use the hashtag #foodallergy!
This year's Food Allergy Twitter Party will take place on Tuesday, May 15, at 8:00 PM Eastern time. The hashtag, as always, is #foodallergy.
If you are a food allergy blogger, advocate, business, or author, and want to know how you can get involved or contribute to the twitter party (and I don't mean cash!), email jennifer[AT]foodallergybuzz[dot]com asap. Food Allergy Buzz--@FoodAllergyBuzz on Twitter--has a great number of food allergy followers on Twitter, so this is a fabulous food allergy community networking opportunity.
